
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a healing, active meditation to remind us of the peace, love and goodness within ourselves; allowing us to live a more joyful, loving and fulfilled life. There are many different breathing techniques and styles. Kambrin leads guided holotropic breathwork sessions to help move stuck energy in the body. This practice has a wide range of benefits. You leave feeling really wonderful when you leave your session.

This one on one service with Kambrin allows you to go deeper into your individual process and healing as she guides you through a meditation, the active breath and a sound bath to integrate your healing.

This offering is for couples, mother-daughter, parent-child or friends. Share the power of breath with someone you love and strengthen your connection within yourselves and with each other.

60- minute session in person or virtually via zoom
Discover the connection and strength of the group! Whether you know the people you are practicing with or if they are all new connections to you, after breathwork you will feel more love and connection to all those you come into contact with.
